The help assistant
Ask a question on the help page. It answers from this help centre, can say why your video failed, and raises a ticket if you want a person.
The assistant is on the help centre's front page. Sign in, type a question, and it answers in a few seconds.
What it can do
- answer from this help centre, and link the article it used
- look up your own videos and say why one failed and what to change (from a failed video's page, use "Ask the help assistant")
- help you write or fix a prompt, with a rewrite you can paste
- tell you your plan and credit balance
- raise a support ticket for a person to answer by email, when you ask it to
What it cannot do
It can read, not change. It cannot refund, add credits, change your plan, delete anything or make videos. A failed video is refunded on its own anyway; for anything else, ask it to raise a ticket.
It sees this help centre and your own account: your videos, their prompts and why they failed, your plan and balance. Nothing about anyone else's account.
The conversation is kept in your browser page and is gone when you close it. If it raises a ticket, the last few messages go into the ticket so the person answering does not need to ask again. An assistant can be wrong: for money or anything that matters, a person on a ticket has the final word. It takes up to 40 questions a day from one account.
